Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Germany

  • Rest of Europe

For international orders outside Europe, we recommend shopping through our Amazon store for better shipping options and delivery times.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Germany

  • Free shipping on orders over 50 €

  • 6,50 € shipping fee on orders under 50 €

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Rest of Europe

  • Free shipping on orders over 50 €

  • 12,50 € shipping fee on orders under 50 €

  • Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

Switzerland

  • €17.50 shipping costs including customs clearance

     

  • Delivery time: 3–8 business days

  • Shipping is handled by MeinEinkauf GmbH in Konstanz, Germany.

     

    Note: Customs clearance can be expected within 1 business day. Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak periods.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed before 14:00 (CET/CEST) are shipped the same day

  • Orders placed after 14:00 (CET/CEST) are shipped the next business morning

We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.

Sustainable Shipping

All orders are shipped using DHL GoGreen, a carbon-neutral shipping option that offsets emissions through certified climate protection projects.
We also use plastic-free, recyclable packaging to reduce waste — because how we ship matters, too.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your DHL GoGreen tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
