How do I place an order?
Browse our Shop, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using major credit cards, PayPal, or other available local payment methods. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please reach out to us via our Contact page with your order number.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email includes your DHL GoGreen tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
You can also visit the DHL tracking page and enter your tracking number manually to see the latest status of your delivery.
I haven’t received my order confirmation email — what should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, please reach out to us via our Contact page with your name and order details, and we’ll resend it.
What should I do if my order is wrong or defective?
If you receive the wrong item or a product with a defect, please reach out to us via our Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be processed and shipped?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
- For orders placed before 14:00 (CET/CEST), we'll ship your order the same day.
- For orders placed after 14:00 (CET/CEST), your order will be shipped the next business morning.
Please note that orders are processed on weekdays only (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
Which countries do you ship to and how much does shipping fee cost?
We currently ship to Germany, Austria, and the rest of Europe.
Germany & Austria
- For orders over 40€: Free shipping
- For orders under 40€: 6,50€ with DHL GoGreen (insured and with pinpoint tracking)
Rest of Europe
- For orders over 50€: Free shipping
- For orders under 50€: 12,50€ with DHL GoGreen (insured and with pinpoint tracking)
For international orders outside of Europe, we recommend ordering through our Amazon Store for the best shipping options and delivery times.
What shipping method do you use?
All orders are shipped with DHL GoGreen, a carbon-neutral shipping service that offsets emissions through certified climate protection projects. We also ship 100% plastic-free, using recyclable and eco-friendly packaging materials.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Germany & Austria: 2–4 working days
- Rest of Europe: 3–8 working days
Please note that during holidays or high-volume periods, there may be slight delays.
What happens if I'm not there on the first delivery attempt?
If you’re not available when DHL tries to deliver your package, they’ll leave a notification with instructions. Depending on your location, your order may be left with a neighbor, at a nearby DHL location, or scheduled for a new delivery attempt. You can use your tracking link to see the updated status and choose your preferred option.
I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
If your tracking link isn’t updating or your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please reach out to us via our Contact page. We’ll help locate your order or arrange a replacement if necessary.
Returns & Refunds
How can I return my order from Germany or Austria?
You can return unused products within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. If approved, depending on your choice we’ll either give you a voucher worth your order value plus 15% extra or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs for international orders must be covered by the customer.
Please note that we cannot accept parcels without postage or cash-on-delivery shipments. To ensure your return reaches us, we recommend using insured shipping with tracking.

Do I need to pay for return shipping from Germany or Austria?
Nope! We’ve got you covered. Return shipping is free for all eligible returns within DE/AT. Just follow the steps on our Returns page and we’ll take care of the rest.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 6–8 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Please note that it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.
Warranty
Does my Travel Dude gear come with a warranty?
Yes! We offer a 1-year warranty on all Travel Dude products. If your item has a manufacturing defect within a year of purchase, we’ll replace it or offer a fair solution — no fuss.
Please note, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or alterations.
Who can claim the warranty?
The warranty can be claimed by the original purchaser with proof of purchase. If you received your item as a gift, just make sure you have the order number or confirmation email.

Products & Sustainability
What materials are your products made from?
All our products are crafted from 100% recycled plastic bottles (rPET) — durable, lightweight, and kind to the planet. We believe in giving waste a second life by transforming it into high-quality travel gear that’s built to last.
Are your products vegan?
Yes! All Travel Dude products are vegan and cruelty-free. No animal-derived materials are used at any stage of production.
Are your products waterproof or water-resistant?
Our products are water-resistant, not fully waterproof. They’ll protect your clothes from spills and splashes, but we don’t recommend submerging them in water.
For the Packing Cubes, there’s a built-in waterproof compartment to help you separate wet items from your dry clothes.
Can your products be washed in the washing machine?
To keep your Travel Dude gear in great shape, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and air drying flat. It’s the best way to preserve the quality, structure, and longevity of your products.
