Shipping Information

At Travel Dude, we aim to ship your orders quickly, reliably, and as sustainably as possible.

We currently ship to the following regions:

• Germany & Austria
• Rest of Europe

For international orders outside Europe, we recommend shopping through our Amazon store for better shipping options and delivery times.

Germany & Austria

• For orders over 40€: Free shipping
• For orders under 40€: 6,50€ with DHL GoGreen (insured and with pinpoint tracking)
• Estimated Delivery: 2–4 working days

Rest of Europe

• For orders over 50€: Free shipping
• For orders under 50€: 12,50€ with DHL GoGreen (insured and with pinpoint tracking)
• Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days

Please note that during holidays or high-volume periods, there may be slight delays.

We process orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

• For orders placed before 14:00 (CET/CEST), we'll ship your order the same day.
• For orders placed after 14:00 (CET/CEST), your order will be shipped the next business morning.

Please note that orders are processed on weekdays only (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

All orders are shipped using DHL GoGreen, a carbon-neutral shipping option that offsets emissions through certified climate protection projects.

We also use plastic-free, recyclable packaging to reduce waste — because how we ship matters, too.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email includes your DHL GoGreen tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

You can also visit the DHL tracking page and enter your tracking number manually to see the latest status of your delivery.
