We want you to be happy with your Travel Dude gear. If something’s not quite right, here’s how to return it.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Refunds are typically processed within 6–8 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.
Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item with a different color, simply return the original one using our return portal and place an exchange order for your preferred color.
Defective or Wrong Item Received?
- Defective: Submit a claim on our Warranty page.
- Wrong item: Contact us via our Contact page and we’ll make it right.
How to Start a Return
1. Go to our Return Portal:
Go to the Return Portal by clicking this link: https://www.app.re-toern.de/traveldude/, and press “Register Return” to start your return.
2. Enter your order details
Provide your order number and the email address you used when placing the order.
3. Select the items you want to return/exchange
Choose the products you would like to return and specify the reason for the return.
Choose whether we should give you a voucher worth your order value plus 15% extra or issue a refund to your original payment method.
4. Receive your return label
After confirming your return request, you will automatically receive a return label (free of charge for orders from Germany).
5. Pack your items securely
Place the unused items back into their original packaging or use suitable shipping packaging. Please ensure the goods are packed safely and neatly.
6. Drop off your parcel
Hand in your parcel at the carrier’s drop-off location stated on your return label.
7. Get your refund/exchange
Once your return has arrived and been checked, we will process your refund via the payment method you originally used or send your exchange.
Please Note: For international returns, shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Please make sure to use tracked shipping to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
