We stand behind our craftsmanship and are here to help if something doesn't hold up as it should.
What’s Covered
Our 1-year limited warranty covers issues caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This includes:
- Broken or malfunctioning zippers, buckles, or clasps
- Stitching or seams coming apart prematurely
- Defective wheels, handles, or straps
- Material defects that affect the product’s function or durability
If your gear fails due to a covered defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What's Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, scratches, fading, or cosmetic blemishes)
- Damage from extreme weather or environmental conditions
- Products bought from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms
- Alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed by Travel Dude
- Loss or theft of the product
Important Notes
- Our warranty currently applies only to purchases made and delivered within Germany.
- Warranty claims must be submitted by the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
- If your product is approved for warranty, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
- If a replacement is not available, we may offer an equivalent product or store credit.
